Tioga beach offers a beautiful setting for swimming, picnicking, and fishing off of the pier, all of which are handicap accessible. 
In addition Tioga Beach has two pavilions, picnic tables, playground, grills, bathroom, water and electric hook ups. 
Nearby multi use trails and boat access offer additional recreational activities. 
 
 
Adjacent from Tioga boat landing is an additional swimming area called Tioga Pit. Originally a mining pit, it was abandoned; due to the rising water.
This left beautiful crystal clear water to swim, kayak, dive, and enjoy a sandy beach. "The Pit" offers parking, boat access, changing room and multi use trails.
